On the afternoon of September 25, Russian troops dropped three guided aerial bombs on the city of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast, Donetsk Regional State Administration head Vadim Filashkin reported on Telegram.

According to his information, as of 17:30, there are 2 dead and at least 12 injured, including three children.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that multi-story buildings in Kramatorsk were partially destroyed and damaged, and a rescue operation is ongoing.
