Currently, approximately 300 parcels are known to have been destroyed.

On the night of Wednesday, July 2, the Russians attacked the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region with drones. As a result of the “shaheeds” hitting, the Novaya Poshta terminal was destroyed .

According to the company’s press service , no employees were injured.  

“Nova Poshta is quickly restructuring parcel sorting and logistics, but delays are possible in shipments from Sloviansk and to the city from all regions of Ukraine. We are contacting customers to pay compensation,” the message says. 

It is noted that the amount of damage is being clarified. Currently, it is known about approximately 300 destroyed parcels and 5 thousand survivors. Police and State Emergency Service employees are working at the scene.

Russian attacks on Nova Poshta – latest news

Russian troops have repeatedly hit Nova Poshta terminals and branches during the war. For example, in May, a Russian strike drone hit a Nova Poshta depot in Izyum,  Kharkiv Oblast. The hit then caused a fire. The depot and post office were destroyed. 

On June 3, a Russian attack by “shaheeds” destroyed part of the sorting terminal of Nova Poshta in the Kharkiv region . None of the employees were injured, and the fire was extinguished.
