The Kremlin complained to the Turkish authorities about the use of Bayraktar TB2 Turkish drones by the Ukrainian military. These UAVs helped the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroy dozens of pieces of equipment of the invaders.
A representative of the Turkish authorities during a briefing on April 8 stressed that Ankara had responded to the complaints of the Russian Federation, writes CNN .
“Ankara told Moscow that the Turkish drone manufacturer Baykar Technologies is a private company, and the purchase of these devices by Ukraine was completed before the war,” Turkish authorities said.
The publication adds that Turkish drones have become one of the most effective in the arsenal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Bayraktar is often praised by Ukrainian officials and military experts.
