She sent a formal invitation to Russian lawmakers to meet in Washington later this month.
“Peace must always win, and sensible people must participate in the discussions,” Luna wrote, thanking US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
It is not known who exactly is expected to come to the US for the talks.
