Signs of a large-scale communal collapse are increasingly being recorded on the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula. Residents of Sevastopol are massively complaining about the prevalence of household waste, overflowing containers, and the formation of huge natural landfills right in the middle of residential areas. The situation has become so widespread that rats are already openly running rampant in the courtyards of high-rise buildings, in particular in the Leninsky district on Khryukina Street, and the central parts of the city are turning into complete garbage dumps.
Such cases are no longer isolated and testify to the systemic inability of the occupation services to cope with basic urban cleaning. The situation becomes especially acute with the arrival of summer heat, when tons of uncollected garbage begin to decompose under the sun, leaving people alone with a persistent stench and the threat of complete unsanitary conditions under their own windows.
Critical infrastructure overload occurs against the backdrop of an artificial change in the demographic balance. The occupiers continue to massively import Russian migrants to the peninsula, the number of whom the city’s utility networks are simply not designed for. At the same time, the so-called “authorities” traditionally avoid public explanations and demonstrate absolute indifference to the well-being of the local population, completely ignoring the cries for help from the townspeople.

“…and the central parts of the city are turning into complete garbage dumps.”
Garbage, decay, and corruption go hand-in-hand with ruskie mir, regardless of the backdrop of those problems.
Sevastopol was once a beautiful city. Now turned into an open sewer by putinaZis.
Ditto Sudak.
PutinaZis are mainly composed of shit.
And thus everything they occupy also turns into shit.
“Rats instead of tourists”
Is there a difference?
Indeed!
