Garry Kasparov mocked Trump, who linked the rise in gas prices in the U.S. to Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries. “Ukraine is simply amazing!” he quipped on X.
Kasparov pointed out that diesel prices remained stable throughout the months of Ukrainian attacks on refineries and only rose after the U.S. war with Iran began. Trump himself wrote on Truth Social the day before that Russian plants are being “blown up by Ukraine,” while American ones are being shut down by Democrats in California.
Trump also came under fire for his comments about weapons. He has repeatedly claimed that U.S. stockpiles were depleted by aid to Ukraine under Biden. But last week, according to The Telegraph, he himself admitted that the weapons shortage was caused by the war with Iran.

“Just Hand Over Nuclear Weapons to Ukraine” — Zakayev on the Responsibility of Countries That Stripped Kyiv of Its Arsenal
Ahmed Zakayev, head of the Ichkerian government-in-exile, appeared on YouTube and attributed responsibility for the Kremlin’s nuclear blackmail to those who, at the time, forced Ukraine to give up its nuclear weapons. According to him, these countries guaranteed Ukraine’s territorial integrity, which means that today they are the ones who must provide it with a nuclear arsenal.
Zakayev is convinced that nuclear blackmail can be stopped with a single political decision, because today Ukraine is the only country that has the moral right to respond to nuclear weapons with nuclear weapons of its own. I have been carefully researching and watching Mendel since her appearance on Tucker Carlson. Mendel is not the story of a typical traitor or grifter, both of which she is. Breaking News: Today, Yuliia Mendel was denied entry to the European Parliament — she had planned to speak there about peace at an event hosted by the far-right German party AfD.
On September 13, the National Security and Defense Council imposed sanctions on her.
It is important to note that Mendel was not sanctioned over free speech issues, but because of her activism and ties with Russian assets enabling the mass torture, rape, trafficking and murder of Ukrainians.
Zelensky was right to sanction her, and we can only hope for the day she will be tried for treason.
