Officially, Traber and his longstanding business partner, Vladimir Danilenko, are facing charges related to the October 2020 murder of Vyborg businessman and politician Alexander Petrov. However, Traber also controls a massive 31.66% stake in the Primorsk deep-water Baltic port—a highly strategic asset.
