If the military campaign in Ukraine is successful, Russian President Vladimir Putin will choose Georgia as his next target.
Former US Secretary of Defense and former CIA Director Leon Panetta spoke about it in an interview with the Voice of America.
“Therefore, it is absolutely important that the United States try to work with Georgia to ensure its security,” he said.
Leon Panetta added that, in addition to Georgia, Putin could start an aggression against NATO countries bordering Russia.
He stressed that Putin’s main goal is to undermine democracy in the United States, as well as to undermine democracy in other countries.
“Sure, to protect our national security, we have to make sure that Putin fails to accomplish his purposes,” Panetta said.

It’s hard to guess which country will fall next after Ukraine gets defeated – God forbid! Personally, I think it might be Moldova, but Georgia is also a prime candidate. No one is sure which country is next in line, but I think it’s 100% sure that mafia land will not stop with Ukraine.
RuSSia is chewing ten years long on Ukraine and still hasn’t won. Of course Ukraine is unable to liberate all occupied territories, but RuSSia is also incapable of taking all of Ukraine. They won’t mess with Nato. Maybe with Moldova or Georgia, bleeding their recources even further.
Georgia is hardly an “unexpected” country for Russian interference. It has interfered continually since the Tzars, and since the Soviet collapse using corrupted agents and infiltration, media and later internet to sway opinion and convince the local population that more of their fellow citizens support Russian domination than actually do. This prevents the Georgians in some areas from reaching consensus to kick Russia out and block their interference. The loss of Ossetia and Abkhazia resulted from Russia stacking the political deck in those areas in preparation for insurrection and occupation. Crimea and Donbass in Ukraine happened by the same method, with centuries of depopulation by the Tzars and Soviets before the Federation regime leaving it open to political manipulation due to the sustained loss of population and suppression of economic growth by Russia, to keep it out of the hands of the European Union and their allies.
It’s terrible to have no friends. Or at any rate, fair weather friends only.
If Ukraine is overrun with putinaZi vermin, with emperor putler at the helm, no one will fight for Ukraine to restore its freedom. Same with Georgia.
The rat Nazi simply must be defeated.
Those fair weather friends will fight if the mafiosi are successful and if they want to remain free. The only question is, will they fight in Ukraine to preserve this freedom, or in Germany and France?
