Putin threatens to strike at decision-making center in Kyiv: OP reacts

The dictator is totally afraid that the war he started against Ukraine will end fatally for him, the President’s Office noted.

The Office of the President of Ukraine has responded to threats by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to strike the decision-making center in Kiev with an Oreshnik ballistic missile.

Adviser to the head of the President’s Office Mykhailo Podolyak said this on air at Channel 24. In particular, he commented on the statement by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin that “decision-making centers” in Kiev could become the next target for a strike by the Oreshnik missile.

“These are signs of Putin’s simply incredible, total fear. He is afraid that everything will really end fatally for him,” Podolyak said.

According to the adviser to the head of the OP, Russian missile strikes on Ukrainian territory are not a response to what Ukraine is doing with Western long-range missiles, but a continuation of Russia’s aggressive war. Putin has been doing this since the beginning of the war and continues to do so.

Podolyak says that Putin is making a substitution of concepts when he voices threats.

The adviser to the head of the OP also spoke about the emergence of information about the Oreshnik missile. According to him, in fact, there are no new types of weapons, but there are those types that are prescribed in the treaties on limiting the use of intercontinental long-, medium- and short-range missiles.

At the same time, Podolyak emphasizes that Russia is a violator of these treaties:

“And what do all these statements by Putin change? They sound traditional. He constantly uses elements of nuclear blackmail and elements of direct threats.”

He also noted that Putin uses strange, mentally altered allusions about how Russia was allegedly attacked, and in this way the Russian dictator tries to shift onto others the actions that he himself is doing.

“You don’t need to listen to Putin. Putin is not saying anything new. Putin is not an adequate person… Putin is very afraid. Putin understands that this war, in any case, will not end the way he imagined,” Podolyak emphasized.

The adviser to the head of the OP believes that Putin can only be forced to do something by force. In particular, this concerns economic force – the zeroing of economic potential by reducing the price of oil, the zeroing of Russian banks.

Podolyak also talks about the importance of using force to influence Putin. “On the contrary, we need to listen less to Putin’s threats and increase massive strikes on military infrastructure, in the border areas for sure – because this significantly affects the front line, but also in the depths of Russia – because this significantly affects social sentiment in the Russian Federation. Then we will see quite hysterical screams from this person and this will be very interesting from a psychiatric point of view,” Podolyak noted.

In addition, the adviser to the head of the OP noted that Putin does not understand weapons at all because he is a person of low intelligence.

“He doesn’t understand what he’s talking about at all. He also talked about the impossibility of intercepting the Kh-47 Kinzhal missiles. About supersonic missiles… It’s all fiction. Putin doesn’t understand anything. He’s a man of fairly primitive logic and intellect. And that’s why he can say whatever he wants. This is a calculation for a propaganda effect, for playing on the outdated fears of a certain part of the Western political elite. And we, unfortunately, see that they continue to believe in the nonsense that Putin is voicing,” Podolyak said.

  1. I would think that any decision making centres are well below ground in Kyiv. The deepest metro stations in the world are in Kyiv, not even a nuke could destroy them, so putler is once again thumping his scrawny chest.
