Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has said that Kyiv is allegedly not ready for a prisoner exchange
He said this in a speech on May 9, Russian media reported.
What does Putin say about the prisoner exchange?
Putin noted that the US had proposed a ceasefire from May 9 to 11, as well as a prisoner exchange. He said that Russia had apparently “immediately agreed” to this.
The Russian leader added that Moscow had allegedly sent a corresponding proposal to Kyiv on May 5, along with a list of 500 prisoners of war who are currently in Russia.
According to Putin, Ukraine initially delayed responding, then reduced the scale of the exchange to 200 for 200, and later declared that it was not ready for the exchange at all.
The Kremlin leader says that so far Ukraine has also not responded to the offer of a 1,000 for 1,000 exchange voiced by US President Donald Trump.

This comes as no surprise at all. Once again the US fall for putler’s propaganda and somehow it will be the fault of Ukraine.
Despite Zelensky saying this yesterday;
“We are counting on the United States to ensure that Russia fulfills its commitments,” Zelensky said.
Zelensky said he had instructed his team to prepare everything necessary for the exchange without delay.
Yes, once again, another US president is mocked by putin.
Putler is a big, steaming pile of maggot infested dog shit. Zelensky fell for his trick. Maybe that’ll make him think more clearly for the next mafia parade.
Zelensky was probably thinking this might finally wake up Trump but hope springs eternal. I guess we will see if Trump’s reaction is logical or habitual for the reasons I mentioned above.
