Trump may be growing indifferent towards Putin, leaving the Russian president baffled, says Lt. Gen Ben Hodges.

  2. He quotes something which has become something of a cliche :
    “Better to kill the archer rather than try to intercept the arrows once they’re in flight.”

    But it’s an inarguable fact that Ukraine’s so-called friends shamefully choose to ignore.
    He also says : “we must stop their ability to deliver oil.”
    Again inarguable. The Budapest signatories should interdict the putinaZi criminal rust-buckets, seize the oil and put the ships in for scrap recovery.
    All proceeds to Ukraine.
