Russian drones that flew into Poland during a massive attack on Ukraine indicate that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s sense of impunity continues to grow as he has not been properly punished for his previous crimes.

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga, quoted by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Putin continues to escalate, expand the war and test the West for strength. The longer he does not receive a strong response, the more aggressive he becomes. A weak response now will provoke Russia even more – and then Russian missiles and drones will fly even further into Europe,” he noted.

According to him, this situation indicates that a decision must finally be made that will allow the use of the air defense capabilities of neighboring countries to intercept drones and missiles in Ukrainian airspace, including those approaching NATO borders.

Sybiga emphasized that Ukraine has long been proposing such a step, and it must be taken for the sake of collective security.

At the same time, as the minister noted, this is also a call to partners to urgently strengthen Ukraine’s air defense and better protect themselves from the growing number of Russian drones and missiles that regularly attack us.

“In addition, sanctions must be strengthened without delay. Putin will only take peace talks seriously when he faces serious transatlantic pressure. The Russian war machine must be stopped – and it can only be stopped by force, not weakness,” the Foreign Minister added.

Russian drones in Poland

As UNIAN reported, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk confirmed that the military shot down objects that violated the country’s airspace overnight. He announced that he had called an urgent government meeting due to the security situation.

At the same time, Tusk did not indicate that it was Russian drones that crossed Polish airspace.

He added that the country’s President Karol Nawrocki is aware of what is happening.

Subsequently, the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces stated that it was Russian drones that violated the country’s airspace . By order of the Operational Commander of the Armed Forces, “defensive procedures were immediately initiated.”

    • If that happens Red, I’ll be amazed. I would send a few missiles into Königsberg, and tell putler that every drone that flies into our airspace, ten missiles will be launched into Königsberg in response.

      • I agree. NATO appears to be as much cowards as the Poles. If anything, this is a clear message to Trump, fuck you!

I do wonder if Putler’s actions are whether it’s provocative to see if NATO will get involved or it’s a distraction for the ruskie hoard. I was disappointed when ISW reported that the orcs gained about 46,000 sq miles this year. I don’t know how, but this needs to stop. That is a chunk of land.
