Russia has published decrees of Vladimir Putin recognizing the terrorist groups “DNR” and “LNR”.

The documents were published on the “portal of legal information of the Russian Federation”.

In them, Putin, among other things, instructed the Russian Foreign Ministry “to negotiate the establishment of diplomatic relations” with the “DNR” and “LNR”.

Particular attention is drawn to the point in which Putin instructs to send Russian troops to the occupied Donbass before the decision of the Federation Council on its recognition. The Russian army is allegedly sent to ORDLO to “keep the peace.”

As volunteer Yuri Biryukov said on his Facebook page , regular Russian troops have already entered the territory of ORDLO.

“A few minutes ago, regular units of the Russian Federation openly invaded the territory of Ukraine – after all, the entire territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions is part of our territory. By morning, regulars will openly stand opposite our Armed Forces of Ukraine. This time, for the first time in 8 years, without hiding the chevrons of belonging” he wrote.
