It seems to me this is more KGB propaganda. To begin with, Moskali communications have never improved over the last 8 years and units can’t even communicate between themselves let alone coordinate a whole front line ceasefire. Secondly, this is an illegal and immoral occupation. The invaders don’t get to set the conditions, the home team does. If someone breaks into your house on Christmas day do you lose your rights to get the SOB out of your house because its a holiday?
