Will we ever see the diabolically draconian sanctions?

I realize TDS makes normal people lose focus, concentration and reason, but what has being orange to do with targeting Putin’s helicopters? Did I miss something? 😉

No, I have not seen any details about these sanctions and how they are to be enforced. The enforcement issue is a good punch line, because this has been a sore point all along.
