Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in eastern Ukraine by phone, reported Putin’s press service.
During the telephone conversation, Putin outlined to Erdogan “Russian approaches to resolving the internal Ukrainian crisis.” The Russian side stressed that it considers the Minsk “Complex of Measures”, which was adopted in 2015, as an alternative basis for resolving the conflict.
Putin in his usual manner accused Ukraine of evading the implementation of the Minsk agreements and “provocations” in the Donbas.
The presidents also discussed the situation in Libya, Syria and Nagorno-Karabakh. According to Putin’s press service, the presidents “exchanged views” on a number of international topics.
Among the topics raised by Putin and Erdogan was the fight against the spread of COVID-19. In particular, they discussed the possibility of a joint production of the Russian vaccine Sputnik V.
On, April 10, the Ukrainian President Volodymir Zelensky begins his visit to Turkey where he will meet with his Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

[…] Putin calls Erdogan ahead of Zelensky’s visit to Turkey […]
No doubt, the little Kremlin pisser wants Erdogoon to block US Navy ships from passing the Bosporus.
This internal conflict, were Muscovy has threatened the destruction of the Ukrainian state if it escalates. That is threatening genocide on a Stalinesque scale, and all I hear from the West is crickets, and the odd comment about both sides should showing restraint.
It sounds like they spoke about a lot of things but I doubt Erdogan is listening to Putin much these days. They are conflicted about Syria, Lebanon, Crimea and the Lada junk Putler sold to Turkey. I doubt very much the Turks would waste their time producing Sputnik V crap and helping out Putler. No doubt Putler tried to give instructions to Erdogan but he is another dictator who doesn’t like being dictated to.
Putler is shitting bricks about this canal due to come under construction next year. It would allow US aircraft carriers into the Black Sea, bypassing the Bosphorus. If Putin tries to destabilize Turkey they might find the Black sea closed to Russian rustbuckets.
They really are at the mercy of Turkey and if Turkey says no they are stuck in the Black Sea
