Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree calling up Russians in the reserve for military training in 2022.
The corresponding decree comes into force from the day of its publication.
“President of Russia Putin signed a decree on conscription in 2022 of citizens of the Russian Federation who are in reserve to undergo military training in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, the state security bodies and the bodies of the Federal Security Service,” the document says.
It should be noted that such decrees are signed annually by the President of the Russian Federation. In 2021, the decree was issued in April, in 2020 – in June. What are the reasons for these military fees, the decree does not specify.

The threat of a new Russian attack
