The Kremlin staged a strange scene involving the dictator.
US President Donald Trump intends to speak by phone not only with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky , but also with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. The Kremlin leader himself announced this during a visit to a business forum.
