The day before, the group “Information Resistance” published the personal data of the “Taliban”. Tibilov is from Vladikavkaz, in North Ossetia. In 2011, he graduated from the North Caucasus Red Banner Military Institute of Internal Troops. He served in military unit 6762 – 17th special forces detachment.
