Poroshenko’s health condition improving after positive COVID-19 test – media

The health condition of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and leader of the European Solidarity Party, who has recently tested positive for COVID-19, is improving.

“He’s better,” a representative of Poroshenko’s team told the Ukrayinska Pravda online newspaper.

Poroshenko, 55, has diabetes, and such patients are at risk for COVID-19.

On September 29, Poroshenko tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
He informed he was planning to undergo treatment at home.
On October 3, he was hospitalized with bilateral pneumonia.
On October 7, his wife Maryna Poroshenko said his health condition had worsened.

Good. His country needs him.

I have diabetes myself. When i caught the bat virus i could not feel my feet, i could not move my toes. This happens when COVID-19 meets diabetes. I wish Petro a full and quick recovery! Slava Ukraini!
