Resistance members carried out another successful operation on Russia’s railway, setting fire to the locomotive of a freight train.

Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, reported the information.

According to him, on Friday, April 4, a Russian freight train was set on fire near the Yermolino station, following the Yaroslavl-Ivanovo-Sortuvalnaya route.

As a result of the operation, rail service was suspended for three hours. 

However, the locomotive is beyond repair.

• On March 28, agents of the Atesh guerrilla movement successfully sabotaged a railroad in the Voronezh region of Russia by destroying a relay cabinet, disrupting the movement of trains with fuel.
