Bright pictures, unlike the Russian coat of arms and flag, can distract children from classes.

Pupils of one of the schools in Kurgan in the Urals were banned from diaries with any images other than state symbols.
This is reported by the Russian media with reference to the parents of the students of the school.
According to the mother of one of the younger students, neither kittens nor superheroes are welcome at school.
“At a parent meeting at school, we were told that diaries should only be with Russian symbols, with a flag or coat of arms. Diaries with cats and supermen are not allowed. symbols of the Russian Federation,” the woman said.
The press service of the education department of the Kurgan region supported such restrictions, although they said they did not tell schools which diaries to buy.
They believe that it is better to choose “neutral” covers for diaries, because bright pictures with kittens, flowers or superheroes can distract children from classes.
Earlier, employees of one of the schools in Klin, near Moscow, held a “subbotnik” called “Labor sets you free.” After the improvement of the territory, the participants of the action were photographed with posters with the slogans of Nazi Germany.
