The Kstovsky oil refinery, which was attacked last night and, as already noted, belongs to Lukoil, is the fourth largest among the five largest refineries in Russia. With a processing capacity of 17 million tons of oil per year, the enterprise is second only to the Omsk, Kirish and Ryazan refineries.

And the Russians know this very well. So while some were filming numerous videos of smoke from the fire at the refinery filling the sky and the glow from the flames illuminating everything around for several kilometers, others rushed to the local gas stations.
In particular, in Nizhny Novgorod, long lines formed at gas stations even before sunrise , and those who were lucky enough to get to the pump filled fuel not only into the tank, but also into numerous canisters.

Beautiful!
Another strike on a mafia refinery with multiple blazes. It seems that Ukraine’s strikes are getting more efficient, or they have more assets to hit with.
Good Morning, Nixny Novgorod! Have a nice sunday! And get up early………………
