In the temporarily occupied Kherson region, the Russians continue to militarize Ukrainian children. At Skadovsk School No. 1, cadet students were given uniforms stylized as the clothes of the Russian National Guard, which may make civilian schoolchildren look like representatives of Russian law enforcement agencies.

According to the Central Intelligence Agency, the cadet class at the educational institution is under the patronage of the Russian Guard . From now on, children will wear clothing that is as close as possible to the uniform of Russian security forces and will be next to the military and representatives of the occupation structures.

The Center emphasizes that this is not only about the militarization of Ukrainian children. Such clothing in conditions of occupation and hostilities can make it difficult to visually distinguish civilian schoolchildren from Russian security forces.

Thus, according to the assessment of the Center for National Resistance, the occupation authorities are creating additional risks for Ukrainian children by drawing them into the Russian military environment.
