President Zelenskyy is demanding stronger sanctions against Moscow. But Senator Richard Blumenthal is warning about Russian diesel shipments reportedly headed toward American ports despite a 2022 import ban. Meanwhile, former President Barack Obama accuses the Trump White House of “bending the knee to Vladimir Putin” and selling out Ukrainians. With the November 3 U.S. midterm elections approaching, these developments raise serious questions about Washington’s priorities and the consequences for Ukraine.

And the concerns don’t end there.
