Ukraine has been waiting for a long time for Western partners to hand over fighter jets to fight Putin’s terrorists. Alas, there is still no progress on this issue. The US is evading the provision of combat aircraft. In the States, they believe that the MiG-29 batch will not really help our country in closing the sky. And while we are waiting for fighters, our aviation continues to replenish with other vehicles. Recently, Ukroboronprom received six An-158 aircraft from a foreign company. Director General Yury Gusev spoke about this.

“One of the foreign companies has just officially applied to the concern regarding the provision of 6 An-158 aircraft for the needs of our aviation, which, of course, are not combat aircraft, but can and will, after maintenance and repair, perform special flights to deliver everything we need in conditions martial law,” Gusev said in a statement .

War of the Russian Federation against Ukraine

  • Recall that on February 24, the Russian Federation invaded independent Ukraine and caused a real collapse in the country. The invaders not only seize military units, airports and other strategic facilities, but also shoot at civilians and high-rise buildings of the city.
  • On February 27, 2022, information appeared that Belarus might declare war on Ukraine. There is no official confirmation of the invasion of her army into our territory yet.

  1. I guess we could learn something from this “company”, when getting those fighter planes from Germany we could just tell the Moskali it was some company flew them in. Like Wagner pilots or something. But Biden only gets tough with Republicans, not Russians.

    • Well, Biden also gets tough on his MoliCares when they leak, especially during a briefing.
