President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced agreements with Norway and the Netherlands to support the Ukrainian energy system after Russian strikes.

“Government officials reported in detail on energy needs and recovery after Russian strikes. They identified a list of priority states that can help exactly as needed and promptly.”

There are already significant agreements with Norway and the Netherlands – I have spoken with the prime ministers of these countries. Everything needs to be fully implemented at the team level.

“We also count on the support of some other partners, and I have instructed to contact them directly and report on the results of the talks. In fact, we know what steps will provide Ukraine with sufficient stability support,” Zelenskyy said after a meeting with representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers.
