Moscow brings back North Korean forces despite previous withdrawals due to high casualties.
The russian military has once again deployed North Korean soldiers to Kursk region, despite previously withdrawing them due to significant casualties. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy revealed this information during his evening address on February 7, following a meeting with the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
“There have been new assaults in the Kursk operation areas. The russian army has redeployed North Korean soldiers. A significant number of occupiers have been eliminated, hundreds of russian and North Korean troops. And this is very important. The fighting is taking place on russian territory, preventing further escalation against our cities,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated.
Approximately 60,000 russian and allied troops are currently engaged in combat against Ukrainian forces in Kursk region. This concentration of enemy forces, he noted, has prevented reinforcements from being sent to other critical fronts, such as Pokrovsk in Donetsk region.
“That’s 60,000 troops that have not reinforced the already considerable enemy forces in Pokrovsk or other areas of our Donetsk region. I am grateful to all our soldiers for their resilience, to every brigade for their results,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy added.
“Approximately 60,000 russian and allied troops are currently engaged in combat against Ukrainian forces in Kursk region.”
The number was 60,000 in August of last year. If the orcs have not replenished their losses, that figure must have been drastically reduced by now.
I find it interesting that it is never reported that the NKs are in Ukraine, only in orcville. Was there a deal made with porky pig only to deploy them there? If so, whats this sudden burst of integrity from those 2 loosers?
Maybe the moskovians made a deal with the West? Nothing surprises me anymore in this war.
