“No evidence”: Biden responded to Putin’s attempt to accuse Ukraine of a terrorist attack

US authorities are convinced that ISIS is behind the Moscow terrorist attack.

According to the White House, Ukraine is “in no way involved” in the terrorist attack at the Moscow Crocus concert hall, where more than 130 people were killed. This was stated by the press secretary of the US National Security Council, Adrienne Watson, as quoted by the Voice of America .

“The Islamic State bears sole responsibility for this attack. There was no Ukrainian involvement,” Watson said.

US Vice President Kamala Harris, in an interview with ABC News , also said that there is no evidence of Ukraine’s involvement in the terrorist attack.

“No, there is no evidence [of Ukraine’s involvement in the attack]. And in fact, we know that by all indications, ISIS-K is responsible for what happened,” Harris said.

For reference . ISIS-K (ISIS-K, that is, Islamic State – Khorasan) is a division of the ISIS group “responsible” for Afghanistan.
