The enemy is also constantly modernizing attack drones, which makes them more difficult to shoot down.

Tonight, the Russians used a large number of ballistic missiles against Ukraine – the strikes were directed against four regions, dispersing air attack assets, said Colonel Yuriy Ignat, head of the communications department of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“This time, there is a considerable number, 11 ballistic missiles. Unfortunately, there are hits: 8 – in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv and Poltava regions. The Air Defense managed to intercept one missile, two more missiles, fortunately, did not reach their targets and search operations are currently underway for their location,” Ignat said during the telethon.

According to him, by attacking four regions from different regions of the Russian Federation, including Voronezh and Rostov, the invaders dispersed ballistic missiles. Thus, only one missile was intercepted.

Ignat noted that the enemy attacked critical infrastructure facilities with ballistic missiles and added that the occupiers also used a large number of drones.
