Moment Putin’s stooge is BLOWN UP in Kherson after war crimes against Ukrainian officials.

Vladimir Leontiev, 61, began co-operating with Russian forces and was appointed mayor of Nova Kakhovka when the town was seized in April 2022.

According to Kherson’s Moscow-installed leader, Vladimir Saldo, Leontiev was left in critical condition in hospital and later died.
