The Ukrainian Energy Minister said that the consequences will be clarified after the Russian missile attack.
Emergency power outages have been introduced in Ukraine due to yet another massive Russian attack on Ukraine, Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko said.

“Attacks on energy facilities are happening all over Ukraine. As soon as the security situation allows, the consequences will be clarified. Follow official reports and stay in shelters,” he wrote in a post on Facebook .
In particular, the missile attack affected the western regions. There is an “incoming” in the Volyn region, said the head of the Volyn Regional State Administration Ivan Rudnitsky on Telegram . It is reported that the first explosions in Lutsk were heard at 06:20, and they were repeated soon after. Lutsk Mayor Igor Polischuk added on Telegram that trolleybuses have stopped running in the city, and the water utility and heat and power plants (critical infrastructure) are being connected to alternative energy sources. In addition, he said that children in Lutsk are studying remotely on November 28.
The head of the Rivne OVA, Oleksandr Koval, notes that more than 280 thousand subscribers in the region are without electricity, and there are also problems with water.
