Every Russian warship remains a legitimate target for Ukrainian troops.

Ukraine has increased production of the Neptune missile 10-fold , increasing its destruction range, Forbes reported. This, in the context of the attacks on Crimea, was commented on by the speaker of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the head of the Joint Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces, Dmitry Pletenchuk.
“Cases with explosions in temporarily occupied Crimea will continue to occur. Headquarters, bases, oil storage facilities, ships will burn in Crimea. All this will happen until they leave our territory. We can promise this,” he emphasized Pletenchuk on air on Channel 24 .
He noted that the commander of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexey Neizhpapa, “specifically determined that every Russian warship remains a legitimate military target for us.”
“Long Neptune”: you might have missed it
Forbes writes that Ukraine has increased 10-fold the production of the Neptune missile, which has become one of the “favorite” means for destroying the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
Let us note that the Russian ship Kommuna became the “victim” of this missile. It was launched back in 1913. The ship “survived” two world wars. It was also the Neptune that sank the pride of the Russian fleet – the cruiser Moscow.
Since the use of the rocket is successful, the Kyiv design bureau “Luch” took up the production of the “Long Neptune”. This long rocket has enough fuel to fly 320 km. At the same time, Luch modified the missile’s seeker so that it could better hit targets on land and at sea.
He has already “lit up” in the war. Long Neptune first struck in August, damaging an S-400 air defense battery of the Russian Aerospace Forces in Crimea.
