Thanks are due to The Telegraph journalists for their unstinting reporting of Putin’s war against Ukraine (and ourselves). Ukraine; The Latest podcast has produced regular updates and in-depth reports of the highest level since February 2022. The BBC’s good, if slightly insipid, Ukrainecast has recently been cut down to one episode a week, which says something about the sad decline of the BBC, in my opinion.

The Ukrainian extremists are showing their true ugly face to the world with their savagery.
Justa Dingbat Reply to Larje De Og I think it’s known as karma? At least for this murderer…….

Ukraine using Putin’s own hitlist tactics against him.

I hope it wasn’t all over too quickly and that he knew exactly what was happening and the reason why
And it’s in circumstances like this that I really hope there is a God waiting to serve justice on the other side too.
Edward Seaton
Every day I wake up thankful that I’m not Russian.
A country that uniquely blends both ‘bad’ and ‘crap’.
Simon Reeve
I imagine Ukraine will be hunting down Russian war criminals for as long as it take. Much like how Mosad was hunting down the original Nazis.
Auclan McIntyre
Very well done, Ukraine! Very well done.
Cookie the cat
And a good warning to other Russian millitary mass murderers that justice can be delivered at any time and place, and in any form.
Albert Ellul
A Very efficient weapon and very cost-effective. Also, precision targeting without collateral damage..
David Stainer
I suppose getting to the little bully Putin isn’t very likely…….but not impossible 🤞

If we can just get a Ukrainian within rifle range of Vladolf Putler, all this could end with just one more bullet 🤞

I think it would be better if he was taken out by his own people.

Preferably hung from a lamppost for all to see along with the Ayotollah and that north Korean fat boy.

Maybe a Wagnerite did it. If my memory still serves me, I recall that they used hammers to deal with their deserters and malingerers.

That thought crossed my mind too… Or perhaps just that the weapon was a stipulation from a Wagner informant or something like that… I recall hearing more than a few joined the Freedom of Russia Legion after Vladolf Putler had the Wagner bosses killed…
Lester May
Dead Russian senior officers are the best type of top brass.
Edmondo Dantes
It’s a hammer of justice, it’s a hammer of freedom. It’s a hammer of love, for all the brothers and ther sisters, all over this land!
Let all Russian war criminals tremble! You could be next!
AJ Hoppy
Aw shame.
Said no one.
Peter FitzGerald
Literally, a blow for freedom. More please.
AJ Hoppy
He deliberately murdered civilians in a shopping mall and thought he was safe inside Russia.
This was a messy, bloody assassination which was deliberately up close and personal.
Brutal and psychologically very powerful (and smart).
Robert Alan Sutton
This scumbag bombed a block of flats the other side of Dnipro from where I live. If you do that, getting eliminated is an occupational hazard. No sympathy for him at all. Edin katsup menshe.
Ian Leath
I hope every time a Russian pilot is firing up his Tu-22M, ready to indiscriminately stand- off bomb Ukraine civilians. That the ‘brave thug’ gets a mental image of a hammer in his skull.
Seven Pillars
If you commit a crime against Ukrainian humanity, you deserve extermination as this Russian barbarian has discovered to his cost. Slava Ukraine!
Bad Looking Rooster
Another murdering toad dealt with. Good.

Unfair to toads.

A good news story at last!

Russia and Ukraine are inextricably linked historically, culturally. It would be relatively easy for Ukrainian agents to operate within Russia and perpetrate all kinds of dirty tricks beloved of the Russian scum. A taste of their own medicine, which us weak, international-law-abiding Westerners would never dare consider.
Adam Seddon
No doubt our SOE learnings have been passed on.
A mix of SOE bravado and Mossad effectiveness should do the Ukrainians proud over time.
The Russians are never going to hand over their commanders. But the Ukrainians will hunt them down, and will deal them justice.
Phil Dawes
If you are a Russian senior commander instructing war crimes you can expect a knock on the door one day. The price to pay for being one of Putlers lapdogs. They could redeem themselves by knocking on Putlers door and doing what is necessary.
Diane Brogan
This is what Russia can look forward to if they succeed in annexing any part of Ukraine. People in government or the army will never have any peace, they will be continually looking over their shoulder for the assassin come to seek justice for the Ukrainian people.
Well done Ukraine.
Michael Bruton
Ukraine is also fighting OUR war v the Axis of Evil led by Russia, Iran, China and NK. As of course is Israel. Putin has no bounds. Litvinenko and the Skripals here and this week in Moldova. Next week ? The Baltic States ? So this guy got justice. Sadly for him, not 72 virgins also, as for Sinwar and Nasrallah.
Shaun Nelson
Revenge is sweet.
Look out child murderer Putin 😈
A decent response from DT readers. Nice to have the good news for a change that at least one murderous thug got his comeuppance.
