International recognition of the Russian ownership of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia is imperative, he said.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has outlined Russia’s conditions for achieving a peaceful settlement, the main and unconditional one being international recognition of Russia’s ownership of all occupied Ukrainian territories. He stated this in an interview with the Brazilian newspaper O Globo, the Russian Foreign Ministry reports .
“The imperative is international recognition of the Russian ownership of Crimea, Sevastopol, the DPR, the LPR, the Kherson region, and Zaporizhia. All of Kyiv’s obligations must be legally enshrined, have mechanisms for ensuring them, and be of an indefinite nature,” Lavrov said.
Among other requirements:
- Ukraine does not join NATO, it receives non-aligned status.
- Demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine
- Abolition of the legislative ban “on negotiations with the Russian Federation”;
- Sanctions are being lifted from Russia, lawsuits and arrest warrants are being canceled, and frozen assets are being returned;
- Russia is not transferring control of the Zaporizhzhia NPP to the US and Ukraine;
- In Ukraine, laws restricting the use of the Russian language, culture, church, and media are being repealed.

I see some problems here…………………
Seven, to be exact.
Move along citizens, nothing new to see here.
It would have been quicker and more honest for him to say; “Give us everything we want and maybe we will quit fighting, for now.”
You know Trump could bring up the whole “Alaska belongs to Russian” thing and get that out of the way. I know no one takes that serious but the Russians do.
Laughrov has a better chance of getting pregnant than get anything on this list except Ukraine negotiating with the Moskali Terrorists.
Smert Moskalam!
After 3 years of trying, the moskali have reached none of their goals, now they hope Ukraine will sign them over, just like that?
If you want these regions horseface, come and get them.
He should just keep with staying in his barn and munch his oats.
Hey Wilbur!!
You get more sense out of Mr Ed than Lavrov.
