You’re right, but I’m sure that this is somewhere in Ukraine, and not close to the frontline.
Kanal 13 is a popular Azeri channel that seems to be supportive of Ukraine. Its directors are under heavy pressure from the dictatorship there. I don’t know in what shape Ukrainian-Azeri relations are.
