A serious fire broke out after the drones of the Defense Forces of Ukraine hit
the enemy Rosrezerv oil depot in the Rostov region. It was caught on a satellite image.
Photos taken by Planet Labs were published by Radio Svoboda on August 18. These shots confirm the ignition of tanks with diesel fuel on the territory of FGKU Kombinat “Kavkaz” of the Russian Reserve near the city of Proletarsk.
Drones attacked the object on the night of Sunday, August 18. Russian sources said the second UAV exploded in the area of the fuel storage area as firefighters were extinguishing the effects of the first drone hit.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the operation and stated that as a result of the hits, at least two sources of ignition were recorded.
Previously, the oil depot was attacked around 05:00. Local residents heard four or five explosions and then saw smoke.

Let’s add: in 15 days, this is the second attack on the Rosrezerv base. As a result of the previous one, a fire broke out in the village of Astakhiv, Rostov region, affecting at least four fuel containers.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, during two weeks (from August 5 to 18), the Defense Forces destroyed at least seven bases and headquarters and four warehouses with weapons of the Russian Armed Forces in captured Ukrainian territories, as well as in Russia.

I enjoy seeing mafia land’s money go up in smoke. Not good for the planet but good for Ukraine.
