Kharkov came under attack from Russians this morning: there are wounded and destruction

The strike took place in the central part of the city, in a densely populated residential area.

Kharkiv today, November 25, at about 8:30 am, came under attack from the Russians. There are already 15 known casualties. This was reported by the city’s mayor Igor Terekhov on Telegram .

“It hit the central part of the city, in a densely populated residential area. It landed in courtyards surrounded by multi-story buildings,” he noted.

According to Terekhov, the impact caused outbuildings and cars to burn. Emergency services and volunteers are working on the scene to eliminate the aftermath of the strike.

“There are already 13 victims,” the mayor wrote.

The Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, reports that of the 13 victims identified so far, nine have been hospitalized.

He later reported that the number of victims had risen to 15.

Regarding the situation with the aftermath of the strike, he reports that rescuers have localized the fire as a result of enemy shelling.

“The strike hit the ground. Three cars and the facade of a two-story non-residential building were on fire, and the windows of residential buildings were damaged,” the report says .

Updated 10:04 . The head of the Kharkiv OVA reported that according to preliminary data, the enemy struck the city with an S-400 missile system. There are currently 16 casualties.

In turn, the city mayor reported 19 victims.
