We are talking about parts for air defense, communication systems and other important equipment.

It was noisy last night in Russia’s Kaluga region as air defense forces repelled a drone attack on the Typhoon oil depot and plant.

In his Telegram channel, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko, noted that this enterprise is part of the military-industrial complex.

In particular, it develops and manufactures electronic equipment – communication systems, electronic intelligence and radar equipment. In addition, the plant produces components for surveillance and guidance systems installed on military equipment.

“The plant manufactures parts for the assembly of air defense systems, aviation equipment and missile systems. Typhoon also services and improves equipment in service with Russian troops,” Kovalenko writes.

He added that the company produces electronic modules and specialized equipment necessary for the integration of various military systems.
