“Approximately 10 of them are on fire. A high-rise building has been damaged. All relevant services and volunteers are on the scene.”

Later, the mayor announced that the total number of victims is now nine. And the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov added that the victims had “light, acute reaction to stress.” According to his information, the hit was recorded in the 12th floor and the area nearby.
