US President’s Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg said he will not present a peace plan for Ukraine at the Munich Security Conference next week. He said that should be done by US President Donald Trump.
Kellogg made this statement on the air of the Newsmax program. In particular, he denied media reports that he was supposed to present a “peace plan” in Munich on February 14-16.
“Yes, next week we are going to the Munich Security Conference. There is a report from another TV company that we will present a peace plan next week. No, that is not true. I have not spoken to that news network at all (Bloomberg. – Ed.),” he said.
According to Kellogg, the President of the United States is directly authorized to present the peace plan:
“The person who will present the peace plan is the president of the United States, not Keith Kellogg. We will be involved, we will help him with this. It will not happen next week,” said Trump’s special representative.

Kellogg added that his team will have “big discussions” with senior European leaders and “bring what we’ve found out to the president of the United States and then move on.”
As OBOZ.UA reported, Keith Kellogg announced the day before that he would participate in the Munich Security Conference as the President’s Special Envoy for Russia and Ukraine. He also said that he plans to talk about Trump’s “goal” to end the war in Ukraine and meet with “America’s allies.”
Bloomberg, citing several unnamed officials, reported that Kellogg will unveil a long-awaited peace plan in Munich. The plan, according to the publication, will include freezing the front and providing Ukraine with security guarantees to prevent Russia from attacking again.

So, Corn Flakes won’t present any “peace” plan next week, but the orange orangutan itself will do so … whenever.
There is no peace plan, just a lot of hot air and waffling. Trump’s tariffs on Mexico and Canada didn’t even last a day, so how the fuck is he going to work out anything far more complicated such as a war?
I simply can’t imagine Trump thinking any more complex than how to make a baloney sandwich.
