American representatives Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff confirmed their intention to come to Kyiv, the Ukrainian side is already expecting the delegation’s visit and is ready to meet on any day convenient for the partners. Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported this during a speech in Norway.

“They confirmed that they will come. We are waiting for them any day when they are ready,” the head of state said, commenting on the plans of the US representatives.

Currently, the specific dates of the arrival remain uncoordinated. The President explained that the attention of the United States is currently largely focused on events in the Middle East. Despite this factor, Ukraine is counting on maintaining the high dynamics of dialogue with American officials and strengthening cooperation.

Separately, Zelenskyy stressed the importance of continuing active contacts with European partners. In addition, he mentioned further work in a trilateral format with russia to discuss urgent security issues.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov expects that the American delegation may arrive in Kyiv after Easter.
