Allegedly, Belousov complained about the Ukrainians’ plans to carry out a certain “secret operation” on Russian territory, which was allegedly “approved” in the United States.
According to journalists, the Pentagon knew nothing about this operation, but after Austin’s conversation with Belousov, the Americans contacted the Ukrainians and asked them not to implement their plan.
The article also noted that the Pentagon is generally not thrilled with any attempts by Ukraine to attack targets on Russian territory and has been quietly hinting at cutting off arms supplies because of such attacks.

Adolf Hitler’s intelligence chief called the Pentagon to complain about a British secret operation, and the Pentagon is not thrilled by any attacks on the territory of Nazi Germany. It asked the British to stop the operation.
