The man was sent to a temporary detention center due to the publication of tracks on a social network.

In Russia, a criminal case was opened against the 63-year-old associate professor of philosophy from “Baumanka” Oleksandr Nesterenko. The reason was five Ukrainian songs.

As ” Astra ” reports with reference to the suspect’s lawyer, the day before, law enforcement officers searched Nesterenko – a teacher at the Bauman State Technical University and a member of district commission No. 1423 with the right to a decisive vote. He was detained and placed in a detention center.

A criminal case has been opened against Nesterenko under the article “violation of hatred or enmity with the threat of violence”.

“The reason was five Ukrainian songs published on the VK page: a video with the song of the Vopli Vidoplyasov band “We are growing”, a video with the song “Let’s light the morning” and three more audio recordings. All of them were published on Nesterenko’s page after the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine “, the channel writes.

According to linguist experts of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, all the songs contain “signs of incitement to commit violent acts against Russians as a group of people, separated by nationality.”
