The Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation reports that a fire broke out on the upper deck of the ship with an area of 936 square meters.
According to the local administration, there are no people inside. Rescuers are focused on extinguishing the fire and protecting the nearby vessel. 37 specialists and 10 pieces of equipment work on site.
