A 21-story residential building was hit.

At night, the Russians attacked Odessa again , targeting a multi-story residential building. Almost two dozen people are currently known to have been injured, including children.
The attack and damage to the high-rise building were reported by the head of the Odessa city administration, Serhiy Lysak, at 1:40 a.m. He later announced that 8 people were injured in the attack.
By morning, the number of victims had risen to 17.
“As a result of the nighttime enemy attack, 17 people were injured, including three children. All are being provided with the necessary assistance,” the head of the MVA wrote.
He noted that a 21-story residential building was hit, apartments from the 10th to the 17th floors, as well as cars, were damaged.

Utilities and all relevant services are operating on site.

As specified in the press service of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, on the night of September 3, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked a residential area in Odessa with “Banderol” drone missiles. In addition to the 21-story residential building, 12 cars parked nearby were damaged. As a result of the enemy attack, 7 women aged 23-61, 7 men aged 31-52 and three children – two 8-year-old boys and an 11-year-old girl – were injured. The condition of all the victims is currently being clarified. Law enforcement officers are documenting war crimes at the scene.
An investigation into the facts of war crimes has been launched (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Eyewitnesses reported on social media that the occupiers targeted the Ruslan and Lyudmila residential complex.
As reported by the Odessa City Hall , trams and trolleybuses have not been operating in the city for the second day due to the previous Russian attack. On some routes, buses have been introduced to operate in the “route taxi” mode – the fare is 25 hryvnias.
