According to preliminary information, his wife was with him.

In the north of Moscow, a Toyota Prado belonging to Andrey Torgashev, deputy head of the 89th radio center of the satellite communications military unit of the Russian Armed Forces, was blown up. According to eyewitnesses, his legs were torn off, writes the Telegram channel ASTRA.

It is reported that the explosive device went off as the soldier was getting into the car.

According to preliminary information, his wife was with him and she was also injured.

Russian media, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs, report that the cause of the car explosion was the detonation of an explosive device installed in it in advance.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced the initiation of a criminal case: “In connection with the incident that occurred on Sinyavinskaya Street in Moscow, as a result of which a car was damaged and its owner and passenger were injured, the investigative bodies of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow have initiated a criminal case.”

Let us recall that earlier in June, the car of the chief of staff of a military unit was blown up in the Rostov region . Presumably, a homemade explosive device was planted in the car.
