The US President emphasizes that Russia is much more powerful than Ukraine.
US President Donald Trump does not hold Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky responsible for the Russian invasion, but he is still convinced that he did not do enough to prevent the war, Trump said while speaking to reporters at the White House.
“Russia is much bigger, it’s a much more powerful military force. And if you’re smart, you don’t get involved in wars… I don’t blame him. But I haven’t seen him do a good job. I’m not a big fan of [his],” Trump said.
He emphasized that he does not place responsibility on Zelensky, but he is “not thrilled” that this war has begun.
