Hungary and the United States have signed a five-year agreement for the supply of American liquefied natural gas (LNG).
This was announced by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform .
“Today we reached an important milestone in US-Hungarian energy cooperation by signing a contract for 400 million cubic meters of liquefied natural gas per year,” the minister noted.
Szijjártó explained that over the next five years, 2 billion cubic meters of American LNG will arrive in Hungary.
