The President called the return of funds an important step in relations with Hungary.
Today, Hungary returned funds and valuables from Oschadbank that were seized during the seizure of Ukrainian collectors in March . This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, noting that this is an important step in relations with Hungary.
“Today, funds and valuables of Oschadbank were returned, which were seized by Hungarian special services in March of this year. Then the Hungarian side unlawfully detained Ukrainian collectors. We returned the people quickly, and now the funds and valuables are on Ukrainian territory in full,” the head of state wrote on Telegram.
Zelensky also expressed gratitude to Hungary “for the constructive and civilized step.”
